In 2012, the governor of Duzce was consulted for the foundation of Gümüşova Islah OSB with 18 companies. The reasoned report prepared by the governorate was sent to Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology in 2013.

In 2015, after the completion of site selections, the OSB directorship was founded on the field of 133,5 hectares on 27/02/2015. The enlargement movement started in 2016. After, in 2017, the site selections for enlargement was completed. The field of Düzce-Gümüşova Organize reached to 360,6 hectares after the enlargement in 2018. The construction plan was confirmed by the ministry within the same year. In 2019, together with the construction plan, the infrastructure plans were also approved and the infrastructure works started.

In our field that reached to 360,6 hectares in the first half of 2019, the number of total industrial parcels is 98. The number of running firms or the firms under construction has reached to 32.

The services of rain water, electricity, drinking water, sewer system, road building are provided in terms of infrastructure for the firms running in our organized industrial site as well as stream remediation and water treatment plant.

Another improvement made in 2019 was the start of expropriation of the parcels belonging to individuals in our organized industrial site, and this process is being managed by the sources of our directorate.

Lastly, with the approval of OSB construction plan in 2018, the application of construction started. The organized industrial site is divided to two fields. 18th article is started to be applied in both fields.
